Be sure to answer the call with "Hello, Your Company Name"
Please ask these questions before asking for name, address, or anything else:
1. What service are you looking for?
2. Are you the homeowner?
3. Where do you live?
We suggest asking some follow up questions, to further qualify the caller:
(As applicable...) Is this under warranty?
- If the caller is not a homeowner, let them know you are only able to provide service to the homeowner and end the call.
- The caller is looking for service covered by warranty, let them know to call the warranty company directly and then end the call.
- If they are not looking for service, politely end the call immediately.
- If the caller says they have already received a quote from your company.
- If the caller is unable to answer any of the qualifying questions, or is unable to provide the information needed for you to quote them.
**Pricing is not a valid reason to end the call
***If buyer/buyer's agent gets the caller's phone number and disconnects the call, you will be charged. If the caller goes to voicemail, it is assumed the caller is looking for service and you will be charged.
